The calendar has too many dark colors and I thought the First Lady and First Daughters would be more represented than they were.

I brought this calendar for my mother as a New Day present. She loves it. Being a Barack Obama fan herself, she likes the calendar for its historical content as well as its beautiful pictures.

I ordered the 2010 Ebony Calendar because it featured President Barack Obama. No matter what one thinks of him and his progress in the White House, it can not be denied he is the first Black president of the United States and he will remain in history no matter what one cares to express. The calendar is informative and picturesque. Each month the calendar has a picture of him during his campaign and a quote of his. Everyday I am proud to look up at this calendar and remember I witness a historical event I was proud to be a part of. Amazon has been one of the best websites for educators such as myself, and I often review their website for informational books while I pursue my doctorate degree in Human Services.
